ABOUT THE ROLE
Unrushed Minds is an elite lifestyle movement dedicated to restoring cognitive focus, mindfulness, and sensory exploration through physical, screen-free tactile art experiences for both children and adults.
We are looking for a young, vibrant, deeply presentable, and articulate Admissions Specialist to act as the primary voice and face of our premium kids' championships, local school drives, and weekend cafe capsules. This is not a passive, desk-bound cold-calling job. This is an active, highly communicative entrepreneurial role for a self-driven individual who loves building trust with modern conscious parents and educational aggregators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- High-Intent Lead Nurturing: Take ownership of incoming parent inquiries via our WhatsApp Concierge and digital funnels. Walk them through our core cause—saving children from early screen addiction—and seamlessly secure paid registrations.
- Proactive Outbound Prospecting: Connect directly with local art academies, premium play schools, private activity hubs, and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to secure group blocks for our national competitions.
- Relationship & Follow-Up Mastery: Maintain a clean, structured pipeline of potential clients. Follow up with families with grace, empathy, and persistent professionalism.
- On-Ground Event Organization: Act as a brand ambassador on-site during our weekend workshops and local pop-up markets. Manage setup aesthetics, welcome families, and handle spot-enrollments.
- Field Execution: Travel locally within South Delhi/Gurgaon to pitch partnerships to premium play schools or school class mothers' networPROFILE REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY CRITERIA)
- Educational/Past Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of prior working experience as a front-desk coordinator, counselor, or admission officer inside a premium play school, preschool, or established senior secondary institution.
- Elite Communication: Flawless, highly polished verbal and written English communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to hold conversations with affluent parents and school heads confidently.
- Presentation & Personality: A young, presentable, enthusiastic, and warm professional presence that instantly builds trust with families.
- Mindset: Highly independent, self-driven, and comfortable with a dynamic, partially field-based role. You do not wait for instructions—you drive the numbers.
