Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Full-Time)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to oversee sales operations in assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, building distributor/retailer networks, and driving sales growth of our masala products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
- Manage, and support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure placement and availability of masala products across markets.
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and customers.
- Monitor secondary sales and ensure timely stock movement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Train and guide sales representatives / field staff.
- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and submit to management.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, sampling, and product launches. Ensure proper payment collection and credit management in the territory.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (spices/food products preferred).
- Good knowledge of distributor and retail sales networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
