Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer enquiries and generate business through telephone and digital communication. The candidate will play an important role in lead qualification, follow-ups, sales conversion, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and outbound sales calls.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service requirements.
- Update CRM/sales tracking systems regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
