Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Remote Support Engineer with a strong foundation in networking and hands-on experience in digital marketing. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues while also contributing to online growth strategies. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-driven, and open to relocating to the UAE in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Networking
- Provide remote technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure network reliability and uptime
- Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network systems
- Document technical supports through ticketing system.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements
- Manage and update website content (basic CMS handling preferred)
- Support lead generation efforts through online channels
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align technical capabilities with campaign goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or network engineering (1–3+ years preferred)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, Google Ads, social media tools, analytics platforms)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred Qualification: B.Tech/BE in IT or Similar, MCA/BCA
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
