Location: Anuparpalayam, Tiruppur
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
- Communicate clearly in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Follow call scripts and achieve daily/weekly targets
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in two or more languages (mandatory)
- Good verbal communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, dialing systems)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support
- Sales or lead-generation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
