Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
Schedule interviews with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
