Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Write engaging captions, reels concepts, and post copies
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments & DMs)
- Collaborate with designers, ad teams, and clients
- Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies
- Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and platform updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and storytelling
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
- Basic knowledge of paid promotions & boosting strategies
- Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven portfolio or live social media handles managed previously

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
