Position: Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary
Carbolink India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Caller Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, and English, be comfortable handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, database mining, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products and services.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Handle price negotiations and follow up to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Receive, verify, and process customer orders in coordination with the logistics and dispatch team.
- Track order status and proactively update customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and outstanding collections.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or sales support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
