Roles and Responsibilities-
- Design, write, and optimize prompts for AI models to generate accurate and useful responses.
- Create prompt templates for different business use cases such as customer support, content generation, coding assistance, and data analysis.
- Test multiple prompt variations and compare their performance.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and safety.
- Identify and reduce hallucinations, incorrect answers, and biased responses.
- Develop few-shot and chain-of-thought prompting strategies to improve model performance.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama models.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows using knowledge bases and vector databases.
- Create evaluation datasets and benchmarks for AI systems.
- Analyze user feedback and continuously improve prompt effectiveness.
- Optimize prompts to reduce API costs, token usage, and response latency.
- Develop AI agents and automated workflows using prompt engineering techniques.
- Use tools and frameworks such as Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AI APIs.
- Monitor AI application performance and troubleshoot prompt-related issues.
- Ensure AI responses comply with company policies, security requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective prompt strategies.
- Train internal teams on prompt engineering best practices.
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
