Job Summary
Jaywant Group is urgently hiring a Civil Project Head to take complete ownership of our large-scale Industrial Projects (Warehouses/Sheds) and Commercial Developments from groundbreaking to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end site operations, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and as per safety standards.
- Define milestones, optimize resource allocation, and monitor overall project cash flows.
- Manage contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers; verify and approve work progress and billing.
- Enforce strict structural quality standards, drawing compliance, and site safety protocols.
- Coordinate between architects, structural consultants, government authorities, and the management team.
Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 12–18 years in construction, with at least 5+ years as a Project Head handling Industrial Warehouses, PEB Structures, or Commercial hubs.
- Skills: Strong leadership, budget management, and proficiency in project scheduling tools.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
