- Welcome customers and assist them in exploring products
- Explain products, gift boxes, and special offerings
- Help customers make purchase decisions
- Maintain a friendly and positive shopping experience
Billing & Payments
- Operate POS billing software
- Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions
- Generate bills accurately
Store Operations
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when stock is low
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management
- Pack products and gift hampers neatly
Store Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Maintain product displays according to store standards
- Assist in opening and closing the store
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Class 12 pass
- Graduates and freshers are welcome
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Preferred Candidates
- Retail, hospitality, receptionist, customer service, or sales experience
- B.Com, BBA, or other graduate candidates
- Candidates living within reasonable distance from the store
