We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive growth and maintain high satisfaction across our client base. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of marketing and client relations. Your main mission will be twofold: executing marketing campaigns that fill our sales pipeline with qualified leads, and nurturing our existing customer relationships through professional email correspondence and strategic account management.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Marketing (40%)
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract prospect interest and generate high-quality inbound leads.
- Manage and grow our organic and paid marketing channels (e.g., social media, content marketing, or local advertising).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (conversion rates, cost-per-lead) to maximize marketing budget efficiency.
- Email Correspondence & Nurturing (35%)
- Own the email marketing channel, including drafting newsletters, automated drip campaigns, and promotional blasts.
- Handle daily email inquiries from prospective clients with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
- Write persuasive, clear copy for both mass marketing emails and direct one-on-one outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management (25%)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring their inquiries, feedback, and issues are resolved promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new services/products to our current client base.
- Gather customer feedback and testimonials to help improve our offerings and create social proof for marketing materials.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a marketing, lead generation, or customer-facing role.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to write engaging, grammatically flawless emails and marketing copy.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Email Marketing tools is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to see which marketing campaigns are actually bringing in leads.
- Self-Starter: Ability to juggle multiple tasks—like launching a marketing campaign while answering a client crisis—without breaking a sweat.
