Job Title: Instructional Designer - Intern
Job Summary
We are hiring candidates who are interested in learning design, content creation, and training development. As an Instructional Designer Intern, you will create engaging learning materials using the latest authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and simplify content provided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Develop learner-friendly content for eLearning modules, presentations, storyboards, and video scripts.
- Create learning objectives, assessments, summaries, and knowledge checks.
- Organize and chunk content into a logical and engaging learning flow.
- Design clean and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations using appropriate layouts, icons, and visuals.
- Review content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and formatting.
- Incorporate feedback from reviewers and SMEs to improve learning materials.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Developers, and SMEs during content development.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new concepts, instructional design practices, and emerging learning technologies.
- Explore and effectively use AI tools and other relevant software to improve productivity and content quality.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, challenges, and risks.
- Participate confidently in internal discussions and client calls, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback professionally.
- Work effectively as part of a team while being adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
Required Skills
- Any Graduate.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs).
- Interest in teaching, training, or content creation.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
