We’re Hiring:- Computer Hardware & Network Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to manage and support multiple client sites across the Mumbai region.
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 5–8 years in IT Infrastructure / Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle and support client sites
- Manage Microsoft Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy)
- Configure and support email clients like Outlook and Thunderbird Basic knowledge of Linux (added advantage)
- Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls
- Perform networking tasks such as crimping and punching
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Identify and replace faulty hardware components (RAM, Processor, SMPS, etc.)
- Install and configure operating systems and software
- Set up user accounts and network profiles
- Install updates and patches for software applications Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
- Required Skills:
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
- Hands-on experience with hardware and networking
- Ability to work independently at client locations
- Good communication and client management
