About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for customers, you will assist them with their questions, orders, and concerns through voice, chat, email, and social media channels. This role requires someone who can communicate confidently, stay calm under pressure, and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt and professional support to customers through calls, live chat, and email.

Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and other service-related queries.

Respond to customer messages and comments on platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.

Accurately maintain customer records and interaction history using the company's CRM platform.

Coordinate with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.

Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality, accuracy, and a positive customer experience.

Follow company processes and service standards to deliver consistent support.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software, tools, and CRM systems.

A personal laptop and a stable broadband internet connection for remote work.
