Job Title: MST – Engineering
Department: Engineering & Maintenance
Reporting To: Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all engineering and maintenance activities of the hotel.
- Support in the inspection and upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, STP, WTP, and other hotel equipment.
- Follow and help implement the Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- Attend and resolve guest room and public area maintenance complaints under supervision.
- Maintain engineering logbooks, maintenance records, and checklists accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Assist in energy conservation and cost control initiatives.
- Support senior engineers during breakdown maintenance calls.
- Assist in monitoring spare parts and engineering inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
- Basic understanding of hotel engineering systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn hotel operations.
