Job Description:
Abstract Digiops is hiring an experienced US Healthcare Credentialing Specialist to join our growing healthcare operations team. We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, insurance follow-up, and healthcare provider onboarding for US healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider credentialing and recredentialing
- Insurance payer enrollment and follow-up
- CAQH profile creation, maintenance, and updates
- Preparing and submitting enrollment applications
- Following up with insurance companies regarding application status
- Maintaining accurate tracking sheets and provider records
- Working with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers
- Email communication with providers and insurance representatives
- Reviewing credentialing documentation and ensuring compliance
- Updating workflow trackers and reporting progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US healthcare credentialing
- Good communication and professional email drafting skills
- Knowledge of CAQH, NPI, PECOS, and payer enrollment processes
- Experience with commercial and Medicare/Medicaid payers preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple follow-ups
Salary:
₹15,000 per month
