The Connect Klub is building one of India’s fastest-growing communities for F&B founders, restaurant operators & industry partners.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us grow the community, build relationships, and drive memberships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with new leads and potential members
- Explain community benefits and offerings
- Sell memberships and close deals
- Build relationships with restaurant founders, operators & industry partners
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp & meetings
- Support community growth and partnerships
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and relationship building
- Self-driven and good at networking
- Interest in startups, hospitality or community building is a plus
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives
