Job Description – HR Associate
Position: HR Associate/Supervisor
Department: Human Resources
Location: Stone Water Resort & Spa, Karjat
Reports To: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate manpower requirements with Department Heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, campus drives, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and vacancy tracker.
Joining & Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and employee files.
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee personal records and HR database.
Attendance & Payroll
- Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Verify attendance with department heads.
- Prepare monthly attendance for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with payroll for salary inputs, Full & Final Settlement, and statutory deductions.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Maintain discipline as per company policies.
- Support employee welfare activities.
- Coordinate staff accommodation and meal-related matters.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee birthdays, festivals, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain training records and attendance.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Issue HR letters, warnings, confirmations, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Compliance
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, and labor law documentation.
- Ensure statutory records are maintained.
- Assist during audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Exit Management
- Process resignations and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate Full & Final Settlement.
- Update employee records after separation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
