We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions

Manage and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards

Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, and landing pages

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities

Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates (CRO)

Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Eligibility Criteria

Proven 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and email marketing

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools

Excellent understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
