OneCircle Business Solution (www.onecirclebusinesssolution.in) is an outsourcing company joint ventured with Nettrans Infotech which is a European based Telecom Company providing support to UK based International telecom service from last 14 years which is tied up with UK largest network O2 & Vodafone. We have a strong base of both B2C and B2B customers. We have real product and revenue and we are growing rapidly.
We are now looking for Sales & Support Executives to work in our UK Telecom & Utilities department from home. You will be handling Mobile Network, Broadband, Gas and Electricity, Virtual Numbers, Cloud PBX. The applying candidate should have Laptop or Desktop, headphone and internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and communicate in a professional manner with consumers.
- Should be fluent in English. Hindi & Tamil Highly preferred.
- Educate consumers on existing & new telecom product information.
- Close sales by using strong closing techniques.
- Continue product education to provide exceptional service to consumers.
