We’re looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Manager to accelerate our customer
acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
software or SaaS sales, ideally within BFSI or enterprise technology, and will thrive in a fast-
paced, performance-driven environment.
You’ll be responsible for lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and sales pipeline
acceleration, working closely with Business Development, Account Management and Pre-Sales
teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
outreach.
- Manage the complete inside sales funnel—from prospecting to demo coordination and
deal support.
- Maintain and update CRM pipelines with high accuracy and discipline.
- Collaborate with Marketing, BD, AM and Pre-Sales to align outreach strategies and
campaigns.
- Conduct deep research on target accounts, personas, and market segments to craft
personalized engagement approaches.
- Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs on qualified opportunities and conversion ratios.
- Build a strong understanding of X-Biz solutions and customer value propositions.
- Gather competitive insights and market intelligence to refine sales messaging and
targeting.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation for
Software / SaaS solutions.
- Experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Enterprise IT sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, lead nurturing, and account engagement
best practices.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and
collaboratively.
- Comfortable engaging CXO-level stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
