Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality product assembly and component designs and drawings using Creo.

Have complete understanding of the full product life cycle process and stakeholders and manage the product life cycle using PLM tool-Windchill.

Support the execution of processes like Product Design, Validation Consideration Checklist, Design Review, and use of tools such as GD&T, Tolerance Stack-Up and Creo to support high-quality design decisions and refinement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product/project engineers to design concepts and ensure they meet project requirements.

Meet functional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Plan and complete the project deliverables meeting the quality and timeline requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:

Experience Range - 3 to 5 Years.

Qualification - B.E Mechanical or Associated Branches.

Early career professional.
-
Experience in using Creo.
-
Experience in handling PLM (Windchill preferred).
-
Experience in casting/forging design.
-
Experience in using GD&T and conducting Tolerance Stack-up calculations.
-
Exposure to manufacturing environment is preferred.
-
Exposure to automobile industry is preferred.
-
Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
