Role Summary
The Export Sales Executive is responsible for converting international enquiries into confirmed export orders through effective customer engagement, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and commercial closure. The role is target-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation from export markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Export Lead Conversion
- Handle inbound export enquiries from websites, trade portals, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on country, application, quantity, and commercial feasibility.
- Convert qualified leads into RFQs, samples, trials, and confirmed export orders.
- Achieve assigned export sales and conversion targets.
2. International Customer Communication
- Communicate with overseas customers through emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Present company products, capabilities, certifications, and export strengths.
3. Quotation & Order Closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for costing and quotation preparation.
- Share export quotations with Incoterms, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms.
- Follow up continuously to close orders and obtain Purchase Orders.
4. Pipeline & Follow-up Management
- Maintain export lead pipeline and follow-up tracker.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and RFQs.
- Reduce lead ageing and improve conversion efficiency.
5. Order Handover Coordination
- Ensure clear commercial confirmation before handing over orders to documentation/logistics teams.
- Share accurate order details to avoid post-order issues.
6. Market Feedback
- Capture feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer expectations.
- Share insights with management for export strategy improvement.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
