Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Supervisor to manage and supervise HVAC project execution activities at site. The candidate will be responsible for handling installation works, manpower coordination, site progress, and ensuring project completion as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC project installation activities at site.
- Handle ducting, piping, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation, and insulation works.
- Coordinate daily site operations and allocate work to technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Coordinate with project engineers, clients, consultants, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper material usage and site safety compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks during installation.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or HVAC field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Strong knowledge in HVAC installation and site coordination.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and layouts.
- Good leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Knowledge of project safety standards and site management.
