Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality
- Conduct regular reviews of production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for quality assurance procedures
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Conduct quality audits on products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- B.Pharma/ Bsc Are Must for this Post
- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
