Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Siliguri.
The selected candidate will primarily communicate with Odia-speaking customers over the phone. Therefore, strong Odia communication skills are mandatory. The candidate should also be able to understand and communicate in Hindi for effective coordination with team leaders and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and communicate professionally.
- Handle conversations with Odia-speaking customers and provide clear and accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements and respond appropriately.
- Follow up with customers as assigned.
- Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Communicate and coordinate with team leaders and internal team members.
- Follow instructions given by team leaders in Hindi.
- Maintain professional and positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Odia proficiency – Mandatory. The candidate must be comfortable handling Odia-speaking customers over the phone.
- Hindi proficiency – Mandatory. The candidate must be able to understand team leaders' instructions and communicate with the internal team in Hindi.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working with calling targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling or customer interaction will be an advantage.
