Job Summary
Adissia Developers is looking for an experienced Architect with strong expertise in layout planning and residential/commercial project design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural planning, layout development, 3D visualization, and coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Experience
5–7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop residential and commercial layout plans as per statutory regulations.
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and Enscape.
- Prepare presentation drawings and design proposals.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, and site teams for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws and approval requirements.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural quality.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Layout Planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Hands-on experience with Enscape
- Knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in plotted developments, villas, apartments, or commercial projects.
- Strong design sense with practical site execution knowledge.
