- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office; direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Communication Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Manage the general email inbox and distribute physical mail.
- Administrative Support: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Logistics & Scheduling: Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/rentals. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
