Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the recruitment function and support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and building a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across various departments.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
- Support other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
