- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor requirements, and facility management.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee onboarding processes.
- Organize meetings, events, training sessions, and team activities.
- Handle internal communication and administrative coordination.
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and operational tasks.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Pay: ₹10,718.50 - ₹18,000.00 per month
