About the Role
A reputed NGO is looking for enthusiastic and professional Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join its Noida office. The role involves client relationship management, calling, follow-ups, coordination, and supporting social impact initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Hindi communication is mandatory
- Basic English communication preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Make calls and conduct regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients/candidates as required
- Handle data and maintain proper documentation
- Support day-to-day coordination activities
- Assist in social impact initiatives of the organization
- Maintain a professional and positive interaction with clients
