Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesman to join our team in Dahod. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Naseem products, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring an outstanding in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, fragrances, and benefits to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reporting when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and new launches.
- Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong selling skills.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
