ARB Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is a leading importer and supplier of Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV chargers, lithium battery components, and testing machines. We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations and product listings across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, company website, etc.).
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and reviews professionally.
- Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Track daily sales, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Research competitors and suggest strategies for product positioning and price optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO basics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
