Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Engineer to lead the implementation, onboarding, and adoption of the Saner Platform, including CVEM, CNAPP, and CWPP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving customer deployments, architecting integrations, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery across enterprise environments.
The role requires strong expertise in endpoint management, vulnerability management, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing consulting. The candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Solution Architects, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Implementation & Project Delivery

Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding engagements for enterprise customers.

Own deployment planning, technical design validation, implementation execution, and production rollout activities.

Conduct infrastructure assessments and define deployment strategies for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Drive implementation timelines, technical milestones, risk identification, and mitigation activities.

Ensure successful deployment validation, operational readiness, and customer acceptance.
Technical Architecture & Integration

Implement and optimize Saner solution architectures based on customer requirements and approved deployment designs.

Lead integrations with enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Freshworks, Active Directory, Azure AD, WSUS, CMDB, SIEM, ITSM, and ticketing platforms.

Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, Okta, and other Identity Providers.

Support API-based integrations and automation workflows across customer ecosystems.

Provide technical guidance on network, proxy, firewall, repository, and security configurations required for successful deployments.
Vulnerability & Patch Management Consulting

Guide customers on vulnerability management, patch management, compliance monitoring, and remediation best practices.

Assist customers in defining vulnerability prioritization, remediation workflows, risk reduction strategies, and compliance policies.

Conduct implementation workshops focused on operational processes and security governance.

Provide recommendations to optimize patch deployment, repository management, and scan coverage.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Automation

Lead investigation and resolution of complex deployment, integration, performance, and scalability issues.

Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Engineering teams on product improvements and defect resolution.

Develop deployment accelerators, automation scripts, and implementation tools using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Analyze customer environments and recommend optimizations to improve platform performance and operational efficiency.
Customer Enablement & Technical Leadership

Conduct administrator training, technical workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Create implementation documentation, deployment runbooks, and operational guides.
-
Mentor junior Professional Services Engineers and provide technical guidance during customer engagements.

Act as the primary technical point of contact during implementation projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Utilize technical discovery documentation, customer assessments, and solution design inputs from Sales and Pre-Sales teams to prepare and execute implementation plans.

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and product enhancement opportunities.

Support Customer Success teams in driving adoption, value realization, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Contribute to internal best practices, implementation standards, and deployment methodologies.
Required Skills
Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Compliance Management, Endpoint Security, and Asset Discovery.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, SUSE), and macOS environments.
-
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, Reverse Proxies, and Load Balancers.

Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management concepts.

Hands-on experience with WSUS, SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management technologies.

Experience integrating ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks and related enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
-
Exposure to AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.

Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting and automation.

Understanding of CVE, CVSS, CCE, CIS Benchmarks, MITRE ATT&CK, and security best practices.
Preferred Skills

Experience implementing or supporting vulnerability management, cloud security, workload protection, compliance management, and patch management solutions

Exposure to container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of SQL databases and troubleshooting database connectivity issues.

Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security operations workflows.

Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or systems administration are advantageous.

Educational Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.
