*About the Role*
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and drive sales growth for industrial and automation products. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a result-oriented approach to achieve business targets.
*Role Objective*
To increase company revenue by generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely closure of sales deals while delivering excellent customer service.
*Core Responsibilities*
- Identify and develop new customers for automation and industrial products
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups professionally
- Prepare and share accurate quotations as per customer requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for order closures and repeat business
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and reporting documents
- Resolve customer concerns related to pricing, delivery, or product requirements

- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth
- Increase customer base and business opportunities
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure timely quotation submission and order closures
- Maintain strong coordination with internal teams

*Must-Have Skills*
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

*Compensation Structure*
- Fixed Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
- Performance Incentives: Based on sales targets and revenue achievement

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
