Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Erode & other locations The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting vehicle options, and providing comprehensive information to assist buyers in selecting the right Škoda car. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, negotiating prices, completing sales contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and staying informed about automotive technology.
Essential Qualifications :-
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional buying experience.
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively present product details and build customer relationships.
- Ability to understand automotive industry trends and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Proactive approach, team collaboration skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
