We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Mutual Fund Services Executive who can handle client investments, mutual fund advisory support, SIP processing, portfolio assistance, and customer relationship management. Candidate must have good communication skills and basic knowledge of financial products and investment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Mutual Fund investment services and client queries.
- Assist clients in SIP, Lumpsum, STP, SWP, and redemption processes.
- Maintain client portfolio records and documentation.
- Guide clients regarding different mutual fund schemes.
- Coordinate with AMCs and financial institutions.
- Generate leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure proper KYC and compliance documentation.
- Follow up with clients for investment renewals and new opportunities.
- Prepare reports and maintain service records.
- Required Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred)
Mandatory Requirement:
- NISM Certification Compulsory
- NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification preferred.
Experience:
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Mutual Fund industry will be preferred.
