Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Management: Actively pursue leads through various channels (cold calls, networking, online platforms) to generate new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Efficiently manage the CRM system, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and interactions are logged accurately and follow-up actions are tracked.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed, tailored proposals based on client requirements, ensuring they align with CFOSME’s service offerings.
- Sales Calls & Meetings: Attend sales calls and client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand client needs, provide solutions, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Follow-up on Proposals: Track proposal status and actively follow up with clients to ensure timely conversion of leads to sales.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation, sales activity, and progress towards sales targets to the Sales Manager.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover of clients and accurate understanding of their needs.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a services industry (e.g., financial services, consulting, or B2B sales).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (preferably Zoho, or similar).
- Ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a target-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Desirable Traits:
- Prior experience in financial services or Virtual CFO offerings is a plus.
- Comfortable with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- A proactive approach with a passion for learning and growth.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time role
- Occasional travel for client meetings may be required.
- Reporting to the CEO.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
