Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training sales representatives; providing ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing sales strategies, action plans, and budgets to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Performance Management: Setting individual and team quotas, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and analyzing sales data to identify trends.
- Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining key client relationships, handling escalated issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and providing updates to senior management.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve sales processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 0–10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Leadership: Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
