Minimum Experience: 0-5 years.
End to end responsibility for addressing and processing the RFI/RFP/Proposal requests received from the Customer/BD team.
Managing all aspects of proposal development, including market research, 3rd party solution evaluation, prequalification, developing proposal plans, leading strategy meetings, assisting in bid/no bid decisions, proposal preparation including pricing, reviewing of RFP response.
Identifying and conducting due diligence for companies to partner with for RFP response.
Interacting with the customer for any RFP clarifications and track Corrigendum/pre-bid meetings.
Creation of Proposal-Bid-Response Templates/Responsibility (Stakeholders) Matrix etc.
Engaging various stakeholders in the Proposal development process.
Putting together winning proposals ensuring all customer requirements are addressed.
Ensuring RFP schedules are met and proposal meets RFP requirements, monitoring and supporting proposal review process, producing and delivering proposals.
Maintaining Presales Repository.
Developing marketing material.
Participating in client presentations and discussions to present the solution.
Managing Site visits.
Participating in Quality related activities for the Presales team.
Identifying business opportunities through various channels.
Interacting with senior management and facilitate appropriate reviews for smoother submission of proposal.
