- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough title searches and background checks to verify clear, unencumbered land ownership.
- Document Drafting: Draft, review, and execute sale deeds, lease agreements, joint venture contracts, and Power of Attorney.
- Registrations: Facilitate property registration, stamp duty payments, and Khata/mutation transfers at local municipal sub-registrar offices. [1, 2, 3]
2. Legal Advisory & Compliance
- Land Use & Zoning: Advise clients on land conversion laws, zoning restrictions, and environmental compliance related to commercial or residential projects. [1]
- Legal Opinions: Provide written legal opinions on property taxation, RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations, and local revenue acts. [1]
- Regulatory Approvals: Guide clients through securing government clearances, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and building plan approvals
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
