We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:·
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & other platforms·
- Drive campaign performance by improving ROI, ROAS & lead quality·
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis & competitor research·
- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager & reporting dashboards·
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives & landing pages·
- Track and analyze key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS & conversions·
- Collaborate with content, design & sales teams to improve campaign outcomes·
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Skills Required:·
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Ads·
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager & Looker Studio·
- Conversion Tracking & Pixel Implementation·
- Remarketing & Attribution Models·
- Landing Page Optimization & CRO·
- Strong Analytical & Data Interpretation
Qualifications:·
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Field·
- 1–3 Years of Performance Marketing Experience·
- Experience managing lead generation or e-commerce campaigns·
