Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming requirements
- Follow up with candidates through the offer and onboarding stage
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and share regular updates
- Achieve individual and team hiring targets within given timelines
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or corporate)
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office/Excel
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
