The Lead Associate – Storefront will be responsible for supporting storefront operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain storefront cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
- Ensure page hygiene and accuracy through regular checks.
- Coordinate with Merchandising Operations for theme and section inputs.
- Collaborate with the Product team on configurations for new features or product releases.
- Design and manage wireframes and trackers for topical and theme-led campaigns
Dependency:
- Day-to-day coordination with merch ops and design POCs for storefront corrections and updates, and hygiene checks
- Planning P2 campaigns independently with merch/supply and design agency
Coordinate product ops for new features and understand the configuration process and back-end complexities/limitations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce Marketing, Category Marketing, or Brand Marketing
- Strategic Agility: Proven ability to build customer-centric strategies and manage complex customer lifecycles across diverse cohorts.
- Execution Power: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work across specialized marketing functions (Influencer, Social, Performance) and influence technical teams without direct authority.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong comfort with numbers and MS Excel; ability to turn raw data into a compelling marketing story.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—the ability to take a brief, challenge it when necessary, and run with it.
