Business Development Executive (Real Estate)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to handle HNI clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and online platforms
- Connect with potential buyers and explain project details
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales
- Build strong relationships with HNI and investor clients
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Industry Background:
Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Luxury Sales, Automobile, Hospitality, Medical Equipment Sales, or any high-ticket sales industry.
