Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CRM Manager to lead the Customer Relationship Management department, ensuring superior client servicing, efficient operations, and long-term relationship building for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CRM team to deliver excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Oversee the entire post-sales process, from booking to handover and possession.
- Establish and implement CRM policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relations through consistent communication and service excellence.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure quick resolutions.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Projects departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor and drive timely collection of payments and documentation compliance.
- Prepare and present CRM performance reports to senior management.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in CRM for Real Estate projects.
- Proven team leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate documentation, payment schedules, and RERA compliance.
