1. Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, test, and commission product , Understand the wiring, circuits, transformers, motors, and lighting systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Upgrade outdated or malfunctioning electrical systems to meet current standards and regulations.
2. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and blueprints.
- Repair or replace defective components, including switches, fuses, relays, and wiring.
- Test and verify repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
3. Compliance with Safety Standards:
- Adhere to safety regulations and standards .
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure tools and equipment are safe for use.
4. Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to engineers, project managers, and other teams during installations and maintenance.
- Assist in training new technicians or apprentices.
5. Documentation:
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on system performance or malfunctions.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct electrical testing to ensure systems are operating within specifications.
- Verify the proper functioning of safety devices like circuit breakers and grounding systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols during installations or repairs.
7. Emergency Support:
- Respond to electrical emergencies or system failures promptly.
- Provide immediate solutions to minimize downtime or risk.
Provide support of product design.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Proficiency in using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and principles.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems (in industrial settings).
- Ability to work with high and low voltage systems.
- Basic computer skills .
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
