We're a creative studio looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You'll collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and Digital Marketing strategists to craft compelling visual identities, campaigns, and branded content and take those designs all the way through to physical execution. From concept to print to on-ground activation, you'll own the full creative journey.
What you'll do
Design visual assets across print, digital, and social including brand identities, campaign collateral, and presentation decks
Oversee physical activations production and installation of posters, hoardings, banners, signage, and event branding
Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to translate briefs into compelling visual solutionsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines are consistently met
Coordinate with print vendors, fabricators, and on-ground teams to ensure faithful execution of designs
Present concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence
What we're looking for
3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or studio environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Hands-on experience with print production understanding of bleed, resolution, colour profiles, and material specs
Experience managing or supporting on-ground activations: poster installations, event signage, OOH campaigns
A versatile portfolio demonstrating range across branding, print, and digital workSolid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written) essential for coordinating with local vendors and on-ground teams
Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time in a hybrid setup
Nice to have
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere)Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design workflowsKnowledge of Kannada typography and regional design sensibilitiesInterest in brand strategy and storytelling beyond pure aesthetics
