Skills:
Knowledge of construction processes, QA/QC procedures, and project documentation. Basic understanding of design drawings, BOQ, and material management. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills with hands-on site experience.
Job Descriptions:
1.Site Supervisor and Coordination
· Assist in Supervising ongoing site works as per project specification
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth executive.
2.Technical Documentation
· Maintain Site diaries, measurement books (MBs),and daily reports.
· Assist in Preparing bar bending schedules (BBS),estimates, and work progress reports.
3. Quantity Estimation & Billing
· Support in quantity take-offs and bill preparation.
· Ensure that all work done is certified and documented properly.
4.Quality Control
· Follow up material testing and quality check.
· Ensure adherence to drawings and specifications at the site
5.Safety & compliance
· Adhere to site safety guidelines and ensure contractors follow the same.
· Report incidents, unsafe practices, or violations immediately.
6.Project reporting
· Support in Updating MIS or project tracking sheets.
· Submit weekly progress updates and highlight delays or issues.
7.Learning & Development
· Actively learn from senior engineers and project heads.
· Participate in internal training or technical discussions .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,379.41 - ₹40,710.26 per month
